Warranty Information
TurfOutlet.com warrants its synthetic turf products to be free from major defects* in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after delivery to the original customer.
In the event that the synthetic turf, under normal conditions of use and service and subject to the limitations set forth herein, proves to be defective in material or workmanship not including some streaking* by the manufacturer, the TurfOutlet.com will replace the section of the problematic synthetic turf at no additional product cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear associated with synthetic turf nor does this warranty cover failure of defects caused by misuses, negligence, modification, abuse or failure to comply with standard synthetic turf maintenance and operating instructions.
TurfOutlet.com shall be liable under this warranty for defects only if the TurfOutlet.com has inspected the problematic synthetic turf to ensure compliance with the following guidelines for cleaning: Regular cleaning of the synthetic turf shall take place to keep it free of dirt and debris. Periodic flush cleaning with water is advised.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, this warranty sets forth the TurfOutlet.com’s sole liability and customers exclusive remedy with respect to the synthetic turf. The TurfOutlet.com shall not be liable for multiple, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss or profit from claims resulting from contacts and/or agreements between clients or customers. The TurfOutlet.com is also not responsible for damages or problems due to the synthetic turf resulting from an improper installation of the turf. For further information, please contact us.
* Highlighting, slight pile or thatch variations and slight discoloration are not considered a major defect.
Return Information
If you need to cancel your order after placement, whether online or over the phone, please call our Customer Service Department at 866-833-TURF(8873) within one (1) business day. Cancellation requests after that time will incur a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee.
Please note that all orders will begin processing immediately after you place your order for your convenience and we cannot change items on existing orders.
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, customers may return products for any reason, for a refund of seventy percent (70%) of the original products price (30% restocking fee) as long as the following conditions are met:
- The product(s) are unused and in their original condition.
- The product(s) are shipped at the customer’s expense (no COD’s) to the following address and postmarked within 30 days of the date you initially received your shipment:

Refunds are processed with thirty (30) days of receipt of the return shipment by TurfOutlet.com and are credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
